Welcome to Phở 86 — A Taste of Vietnam, From Our Bowl to Your Heart
At Phở 86, we believe a great bowl of phở is more than just food — it’s comfort, culture, and connection.
Our story started with a craving. After settling in the UK, our founders missed the soulful flavours of home — the slow-simmered broths, the fragrance of fresh herbs, the unmistakable warmth of a family meal. These dishes carried memories of Vietnam: street-side phở stalls, weekend meals with loved ones, and recipes passed down through generations.
So we opened Phở 86 to bring that same spirit to life — a space where authentic Vietnamese flavours and heartfelt hospitality come together.
Since then, Phở 86 has become a welcoming spot for homesick hearts, curious food lovers, and anyone searching for a genuine, lovingly prepared Vietnamese meal. From phở and bún to gỏi cuốn and more, every dish we serve is made with care, tradition, and time-honoured technique.
We simmer our broths for hours, wrap each roll by hand, and choose fresh ingredients daily — just like we would at home.
